Bluesci 1-2-1 Support
Bluesci support people through the 5 Ways to Wellbeing: Connect; Be Active; Take Notice; Give; and Learn. These five aspects of life are encouraged through the activities and services running at the Wellbeing Centre.
Additionally Bluesci offer individual support for people who may be experiencing emotional or psychological distress in their lives. We offer support to help you find ways of building your confidence and to improve and maintain your wellbeing.

Staff and volunteers here at Partington LWC can issue foodbank vouchers, which can be taken to local foodbanks and be exchanged for a parcel containing a minimum of three days’ nutritionally balanced food.
Foodbank vouchers are issued with appropriate discretion and staff and volunteers can discuss further support available.

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust’s Recovery Academy provides a range of free educational courses and resources co-written and co-delivered by both professionals and people who themselves have experienced mental health or substance misuse problems. All the courses focus on supporting people with their recovery and promote good health and wellbeing.
Who can attend?
- Anyone who is experiencing mental health or substance misuse problems including their supporters (family, friends and loved ones)
- GMMH staff, volunteers, students on placement and health care professionals
